Area Description

Near Glendale Stadium for sports fanatic. Lots of local golf courses to choose from. Minutes from Phoenix and Scottsdale. Wonderful shopping, hiking, and family nearby.

The community has two pools (one lap and one lounge). There are water fountains children can play in and BBQ/firepits for gatherings at the local Heritage Club. All vacationers receive an electronic key for access to the Heritage Clubhouse and Community Pool areas.

Cate was so great and accommodating! The house was clean and comfortable. It was very large and plenty of room if you have a full house with all rooms filled. House is a little hard to find in the sub-division, definitely use Cate's directions on the contract and you'll find it. The area is easy to find your way around, lots of shopping. Thanks Cate!!!
