The pool can be heated in the winter season for an additional charge.

The large kitchen has new granite counter tops and a new sink. We also have a breakfast nook and den, all with new ceramic tile floors. The living area and formal dining room have hardwood floors and all 4 bedrooms have new carpet. Our home features vaulted ceilings, 5 ceiling fans, 2 full bathrooms, 2 car garage with an opener, high efficiency washer & dryer, and all kitchen appliances.

This is a fully furnished home, including all dishes, utensils and linens. All you need to bring is your clothes and food. It is near Glendale Community College, and less than 2 blocks to historic Sahuaro Ranch park. You are conveniently located close to most large department and grocery stores, theaters, malls, medical clinics and drug stores.

The Cardinals football stadium is 20 minutes away. Visit a major league baseball team in spring training in March, only a few miles away. The home is close to numerous golf courses.
