Contemporary sunk in living room with pink leather chair and large down couch..perfect for entertaining! A sliding glass door leads out to the large covered patio complete with cabinets, Roman style pool, tiki torches, plenty of seatIng, lemon tree and fire pit. There are also decorative lights strung up on the patio and throughout the yard for that perfect evening look. The kitchen window passes through right to the patio for easy access to your guests. There are three comfortable bedrooms, two with queen beds, the third bedroom has a king. This is absolutely the perfect place to call home during your vacation any time of the year..close to everything you need for a fabulous time. Did I mention cozy? This place is ABSOLUTELY very comfortable...you wont want to go home!

SUN CITY RENTAL ALSO AVAILABLE-we are currently remodeling our Sun City 2bd/2ba home. It will be available in December of this year, one block from golf course, minutes from everything else. Offering it at the discounted rate of 2000. per month for reservations of 3 or more months

We do allow small dogs for an additional fee

This house is in an amazing location; mature, very quiet neighborhood and very convenient, within 10-15 minutes from-Jobing Arena, spring training, upscale malls, dining and salons, golf courses, lakes, and lots of hiking. The interstate is also minutes away for further exploration-Scottsdale, Sedona, Flagstaff, Tucson, Elgin Wineries...there are no limits!
