This beautiful 3 BR. 2 Bath upscale single level Arrowhead Ranch home is approx. 2400 sq ft. completely furnished with everything including yard, pool and maid service (every 2 weeks). Beautiful Granite everywhere and solid hardwood floors, new stainless steel appliances. Game room with pool table and 60 inch Big Screen TV. Every room has its own wall mounted flatscreen TV. Stone pool with a fabulous built in Hot Tub/Spa, pool can also be heated. Pools must be heated to use during cooler months in AZ and Spring Training (Oct - April) because the water is still cold. Large covered Patio with outdoor speakers, extra high privacy fence, Alarm System, Three car garage and Wireless High Speed Internet. Fantastic location and within minutes to everything.
