Secluded, picturesque cabin in the middle of nowhere. Very clean and spacious with plenty of room for us to sleep. The porch overlooking the river was a wonderful way to spend time drinking morning coffee. Short drive into town with great food. Thanks for allowing us to share your cabin Ralph. We will see you again soon :)

We absolutely loved this place! We needed to get away from it all and this was the place. The sound of the river is so soothing. The fires at night along with the river sounds could put you to sleep. The cabin is gorgeous and we had a alot of privacy. We loved sitting on the porch having our coffee each morning. We traveled from out of state but our families live in the area. Everyone that visited just adored this place. We recommend this cabin to anyone. We are planning on renting it again. Thank you Ralph! It was a pleasure meeting you.

Independence River Cabin

My husband and I used this beautifully built, newly constructed cabin in Glenfield, NY as a home base for relaxation by the rushing river, for tv viewing and Smores in the fire pit and as we ventured out to nearby towns for antiquing, shopping, horseback riding, fly fishing, dining at a local winery as well as other restaurants and for scenic drives. There were just two of us but the cabin could accommodate up to 6 people with its two bedrooms and loft area as well as a rustically decorated kitchen, dining and living area. We enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend the location!

It was an incredible getaway in the Adirondacks . We would recommend this to anyone that needs to getaway from it all. The cabin was immaculate, the decor truly reflected the Adirondacks. The scenic view from the porch over looking the river fantastic. We can honestly say that we would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.
