2 bdrm, 2 bath for 6 months from Nov. 1st to May 1st, 2010.
Pool room, office, Jacuzzi (oversized) in master bath, wood burning fireplace,Direct TV, backyard, parking, no outside care or snow shoveling. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, toaster oven, coffee pot, garbage disposal and trash compactor.
Walk to downtown, world famous Hot Springs Pool (largest in the world) and Vapor Caves. Cultural events and good dining.
Ski Aspen, Snowmass, Sunlight and Vail. Cross Country,
ice skating, Adventure Park with Caves, many hiking and biking trials.
Area Description
In the Roaring Fork Valley, 3 hours west of Denver on the Western Slope of the Rocky Mts. Three rivers in valley;
Frying Pan, Crystal and the Roaring Fork. The latter
converges with the Colorado River about 4 miles away. In a rather narrow valley with mountains on each side and beautiful.
