The villa is a two story wooden home. The entrance deck has a few chairs for guests to get some fresh air and enjoy the view. The entrance of the home opens into the family room. There is a nice pool table in the center of the room. The large windows overlook the mountains. There is a bar-type table, with two chairs, for spectators, and a wet bar on the other side. The kitchen veers to the right and the living area veers to the left. The dining room joins both rooms.

To the left, the two story glass window of the living room has a beautiful view. There are large mountains that you can see from every angle. The plush furnishings and large coffee table offer a great gathering place for games, tv, or just talking. The pool table is only in the next room, extending the living area into there. The large kitchen has an island with three bar stools overlooking the cooking area. There are six chairs to the dining room, and a small patio and barbeque in back. The owners have graciously provided some games that provide lots of laughs in front of the fire.
