Beautiful contemporary colonial in the heart of Magnolia village. 3 bedroom, 2 baths. Cathedral ceilings in every room, marble fireplace, skylights throughout. Hardwood floors in the (36X15) living room and downstairs bedroom. The ceramic tiled kitchen has new appliances. There is also a ceramic bathroom and a pantry with a washer and dryer downstairs. There are two large bedrooms on the second floor, as well as a marble bath. Two outdoor decks and a landscaped yard. Grill and patio set.
