On the peak of a hill on Cape Ann in owner occupied home. Walk to the beach. Located between Bass Rocks and Brier Neck. Close to Rockport. Secluded, but close to everything.Sleeps 2 -4. Bright, ground level basement appartment with large livingroom (has sleep sofa). Eat in kitchen and 1 Bedroom (Queen Size Bed).Lunch on the patio overlooking beach, Gloucester Harbor, and the hills of Boston.Perfect mix of seascape and woodland Not suitable for todlers.. Cliffs surround the house.Also private patio.
