Description of the Gloucester vacation apartment rental
Second floor apartment; direct waterfront. Beautiful, unobstructed ocean views; on a clear day you can see to Boston. Watch ships appear on the horizon and sail by; sea birds in the tidal cove; lobstermen pull their pots. Enjoy wonderful ocean breezes on your private waterfront deck. Want to swim' Just walk downstairs. Few minutes walk to summer art galleries, restaurants, Gloucester Stage Company.
Queen size bed in bedroom; sofa in living room that opens to full size bed; sleeps 4, but more appropriate for 2. No pets or smokers please. Cable TV and wireless internet included.

Rocky Neck is the oldest continuous art colony in the U.S.
There are summer art gallaries, live stage theater, summer restaurants; every Thursday evening in the season the Rocky Neck association host free events on the "Neck". Just a few minutes drive will take you to whale watch, harbor tours, schooner sails, museums, free bandstand concerts, etc. Gloucester is a well established tourist destination and has many summer activities and festivals.
