A simple and perfect 1890 Cape Ann Cottage with dock space for one 20 foot boat, and million dollar views!!! with gorgeous sunsets over the Ipswich Bay - looking downeast to Maine.....
Two story rental with all amenities for a summer by the sea - fully stocked kitchen with all utensils, gas grill in Dockside Gazebo, two bedrooms with queen size beds and cable tvs, one bedroom with twin, another twin bed/reading nook in upstairs hall area. Living room with two couches, cable tv, fireplace, indoor screened oceanfront porch with two sleeping/ resting couches, office area set up, and table area. The entire house is high speed wireless internet.
our home is available from June 25 through Labor Day, and we would like to rent to you for this entire summer season- make us and offer!!

Gorgeous Cape Ann - home of Wingaersheek and Good Harbor Beach, Rocky Neck Art Colony, Bearskin Neck - Rockport.
