It is located on the Northeast shore of Cape Ann, affording sweeping views of Ipswich Bay, with gorgeous summer sunsets over the water. It is nestled in among three other waterfornt cottages in a quiet oceanfront residential setting.

Area Information

The cottage is one mile from Halibut Point State Park with old granite quarries and spectacular views to the North and East. Rockport with it's famous "Motif Number One" and it's numerous shops and galleries is only four miles away. Gloucester Harbor is six miles away, with it's many fishing boats, restaurants, stores and galleries.
Good Harbor beach, and Wingaersheek beach are seven miles away along the coast, with Crane's Beach in Ipswich a half hour away.
Whale watches, cruises and deep sea fishing boats operate out of Gloucester Harbor.
The property abuts a half mile of totally undeveloped ocean front available for walks and picnics.
