4 Bedrooms, 3 with King sized beds. 2 Full Tub/Shower bathrooms. Off street driveway parking for 3 vehicles. Quiet dead end street. 2 Sofa's & loveseat with surround sound in living room. Seats up to 10 people for meals. Dinning Room seats 6 & Kitchen seats 4. Marble Floors in Dinning Room & top floor Bathroom. 2 Top floor rooms are double sized at 13' x 25'. 12,000 BTU Air Conditioning in each bedroom & living room. Childs Room has 2 full beds one single daybed, Crib & baby changing table.
Wireless Network with desktop computer. Netflix can be viewed on 2 HDTV's. Hundreds of movies & music CD's for relaxing at home.
2 Beaches in walking distance. Cressy Beach 5 minutes walk & Half Moon Beach only 12 minutes walk from the house. Stagefort Park 12 minute walk. Train, Cabs, Shopping, Car Rental, Main Street downtown Gloucester all about a 7 minute walk. Great Quiet location, but still in walking distance to beaches & downtown Gloucester.
Beautiful Sunrises from the back yard. Deck, Patio & 8 foot Picnic Table. A place to sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise. Does not get much better than this Vacation Rental Home.
