Description of the Goa vacation apartment rental
The apartment building is conveniently located on the Candolim main road, next to Calangute and Baga. It provides all the comforts and amenities of a home unlike clustered hotel rooms. It is safe, clean, tastefully decorated and fully furnished for our guest's complete privacy and relaxed stay and is just a few minutes walk to the beach!
Both bedrooms are airconditioned.
Our apartment is on the 2nd floor, semi-detached and spacious with 2 cosy airconditioned bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 balconies, a hall cum dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. It has 24/7 water supply and both baths have hot and cold running water. Satellite tv, fridge, ac, gas stove, deck chairs, elegant furniture and upholstery make it ideal for short and long term boarders alike. There is an excellent bar and restaurant right below the building on the ground floor; utility stores, chemists, cyber cafe, digital studio, patho lab, stationary shop, barber shop, ladies salon, travel agency etc are there on the same level as well.

Internet access (unlimited wireless high-speed) and housekeeping is available on request . Meals can be either prepared in the kitchen or ordered from any of the several local eateries at reasonable cost.
Overall, our place is best for both families, group of friends and singles and we take care of their ultimate comfort and concerns. It captures the best of both rural and urban worlds, with a lush green village view from one balcony and an upbeat and happening scene viewed from another balcony!
Hot spots like nightclubs, shacks, malls, ayurveda/yoga centers, massage parlours, historic and cultural points, vehicle rental, money exchange, departmental stores are all within walking distance from our apartment.
Area Description
Candolim is located in the South of Calangute, North Goa. It is right in the center of Goa's holiday district and exudes a peaceful, classy and spirited atmosphere.
Shopping, clubbing, water sports, sightseeing, sunbathing, spa and massage, ayurveda and yoga, cultural activities etc are its highlights.
It is ideal for relaxed and rejuvenated vacationing for families, singles, groups alike. Its unlike other cluttered and overcrowded areas of Goa and has an exclusivity of its own.
Candolim has an array of activity centers, a stunning beach and a chain of restaurants, pubs and beach shacks.
