The hall has a dinning table with chairs.
The bedrooms have beds a dressing table and a cupboard.
The kitchen has a fridge,a microwave ,cooking gas with utensils.
Candolim is located in North goa and falls within the tourist belt of Baga-Calangute-Candolim -sinquerin-Fort Aguada and is a much sought after tourist destination.
The flat is located close to the beach,shops,restaurants,bus and taxi stands.
Available for daily rent of 20 US dollars from 4th Jan to 31st March and October to 22nd December.
From 23rd December to 3rd January the rates are 75 US dollars per day.
From 1st April to 30 September the rates are 15 dollars per day.
25% of total amount to be paid at the time of booking and balance on entry.
All rates quoted are for 2 persons and a child.
Extra persons are allowed at mutually decided rates.
A/C,T.V. can be provided at extra rates.

Candolim falls in the tourist belt of North Goa.It is a place frequented by a lot of foreigners.It has a lot of restaurants which cater to foreigners.
It has the Fort Aguada,it own beach where people can go on water scooters and para sailing.
All types of transport is avilable easily.
BAnks,medical stores,taxi and bus stands are all within 5 minutes walking distance.
