The house has a laundry room, large kitchen, dinning room, and cable tv. This is a very peaceful property, where you can relax on the porch or by the creek and indulge in the soothing sounds of nature all around.
There are also many types of tropical fruit trees papayas, coconuts, plantanas, and pinneaples.
You will also enjoy the occasional morning and afternoon visits of a herd of squirrel monkeys (saimari Oestedi).
