Gorgeous, Brand New 2 bedroom + den, 2,100 sq. ft. home at "The Preserve" in Palm Valley over looks #2 and #3 greens and a sparkling lake on The Lakes golf course.
Beautifully appointed with all new furnishings and appliances, You'll enjoy cooking or entertaining in the gourmet kitchen complete with everything you would need to prepare a feast. Granite counter tops, mosaic inlay and tile flooring add a touch of elegeance.
Escape the cold winter and relax in the warmth of the South West Sun. Not just for golfers, this spectacular location offers activities for eveyone of all ages.
Take a siesta in the luxurious Master Bedroom with 12 ft. ceilings or unwind with a foaming bubble bath in the soaker tub. You'll have plenty of space and privacy in the large ensuite separate his/hers vanity and sinks, jetted soaker tub, separate sinks & shower. Two separate walk in closets in the Master Bedroom.

Our home is centrally located to offer the very best in serenity and privacy yet is only a 5 minute drive to many different attractions such as the famout spring training baseball fields, over 10 golf courses, Westgate shopping center, Nascar race track and so much more.
The clubhouse, located just a short walk from the house offers amenities that of a luxury resort, (without the high price) swimming pool, chaise lounges, shade umbrellas, gas bbq's, lighted tennis courts, volley ball, basketball, playground, games room with big screen tv, pool table, ping-pong table, misc. game, play station, wireless internet, just to name a few.
