Description of the Goodyear vacation home rental

Gorgeous home is located in PebbleCreek, an adult golf and leisure activities resort. This home is completely furnished and well equipped with high end amenities i.e. granite counter tops, stainless steel GE Profile appliances and a basket of goodies and wine awaiting your arrival.
Property has a pebbletec swimming pool with in-pool seating and umbrella.Pool may be accessed from master bedroom and /or family room. Covered patio has lounges, a bar, furniture and grill for your entertaining pleasure. The yard is totally fenced with a grass area and two mature fruit trees. A pet companion can be safely contained in a fenced area away from the pool.
The decor is Native American and the home will sleep four comfortably and can sleep up to six.
Two car garage with electric golf cart provided makes it easy and economical to travel within the PebbleCreek community.Or choose to ride bikes along the paths,meeting and chatting with friendly neighbors,visitors and guests. Come tired, leave refreshed.

Area Information

You have access to three golf courses and driving ranges. There are 15 other golf courses within 30 minutes. If you are not a golfer, how about bridge, pool, tennis, or theater! Other amenities include two fitness centers with state of the art equipment, trainers/classes,two heated pools, arts and crafts center,art gallery, two libraries,slow pitch softball, pickelball ball,bocce ball, a childrens' pool, two bars/lounges and two restaurants. The two clubhouses are luxurious! The property is close to many major league spring training sites. Grocery stores, shopping centers, hospitals,medical facilities, restaurants, walking areas, biking paths, and hiking trails are all within ten minutes. The Arizona Cardinal's Stadium along with the Westgate restaurants, sports bars, and movie theaters are within 15 minutes. I-10 is within ten minutes for easy access to all areas of metro Phoenix.
Most visitors happily become a part of the social activities of this Robson Adult community. Many choose to return often and some buy, making PebbleCreek their permanent home.

Deposits: Weekly: $300.00 Monthly $500.00 Cleaning Fee of $50.00 will be subtracted from your deposit at the end of your stay. Owner will inspection the property for damage and cleanliness to determine if any additional charge is warranted. For the months of June, July, August, September, and October the APS (electric) bill will be deducted from the deposit. The difference between your deposit and the APS bill will be refunded.

Other Fees: Weekly cleaning is available with contract for an additional fee. Yard and pool maintenance are done by the owner at no charge. June, July, August, September and Octobber -- Renter must pay APS (electric) bill. 5% DISCOUNT for renting four or more consecutive months!

Other Vacation Rental Amenities

One person must be 55 years of age or older. With association board approval (pretty much automatic) One person can be between 40 and 55. Each stay must last at least 30 days. This is a Robson Resort Community with high security and gated. This community is beautiful, user friendly, and has all of the amenities that one could ask for. A big plus are the folks who live in the community. You will have a great social experience!

First of all Elizabeth who helped me book and during my stay is an incredible woman!!!!!!!!! The property was beautiful,peaceful and so comfortable. To really sum it up after having to go to cancer treatments to come to this home everytime was such a blessing.
