Description of the Goodyear vacation home rental
Gorgeous home is located in PebbleCreek, an adult golf and friendship resort. This home has a large very private yard and is completely furnished with all kitchen small appliances, washer and dryer. (All you need to bring are the cloths and personal items.) Kitchen appliance are stainless steel and include stove, range, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. French shutters cover all of the windowns for your complete privacy.
Property has a swimming pool, deluxe jicuzzi, and a golf cart. The yard is totally fenced with a grass area and two mature fruit trees. A pet companion can be safely contained in a fenced area away from the pool.
The decore is Native American and the home will sleep four comfortably and can sleep up to six.
You will have access to two golf courses. There are 15 other golf courses within 30 minutes. If you are not a golfer, how about bridge, pool, tennis, or theater! Other ammenities include two fitness centers, two heated pools, arts and crafts center,slow pitch softball, paddle ball, a childrens' pool, two bars, and two restraunts. The two clubhouses are luxurious! The property is close to many major league spring training sites. Grocery stores, shopping centers, hospitals,medical facilities, restraunts, walking areas, biking paths, and hiking trails are all within ten minutes. The Arizona Cardinal's Stadium along with the Westgate restraunts, sports bars, and movie theaters are within 15 minutes. I-10 is within ten minutes for easy access to all areas of meteo Phoenix.
This is a Robinson Resort Community where over 50% of the residents are gainfully employed. Most visitors happily become a part of the social activities of the community. Many choose to return often and some buy, and make this their permanent residence!

One person must be 55 years of age or older. With association board approval (pretty much automatic) One person can be between 40 and 55. Each stay must last at least 30 days. This is a Robson Resort Community with high security and gated. This community is beautiful, user friendly, and has all of the ammenities that one could ask for. A big plus are the folks who live in the community. You will have a great social experience!

- Deposits: Weekly: $300.00 Monthly $500.00 Refunded at the end of stay after owner's inspection of property.
