Description of the Goodyear vacation villa rental

Exquisite Estate with heated pool, Jacuzzi, billiard, video-games & Internet.
Feel like a king in our brand new estate of almost 4500 sq feet that features 5 bedrooms, 3 and a half bathrooms, 3 car garage, wet bar in the family room, 3 fireplaces, large home theater on the second floor with 7.1 surround sound, pub table and chairs, billiard table in the living room, resort style backyard, Shasta built pebbletech heated pool with color lights and water features and its own in ground cleaning system, a 80 jets full body massage brand new Jacuzzi, a fully furnished patio and built in BBQ grill.
This former model home has designer decorations in all areas. The kitchen has granite countertops, cherry wood cabinets, marble table and upholstered chairs for 6, top of the line stainless steal appliances with double oven and it is fully stocked with best quality cooking tools.
There is a separate black tie formal dining room with designer upholstered chairs for 8. The spacious laundry room is equipped with a sink and brand new GE stainless steal front load washer and dryer. The wet bar in the family room has its own refrigerator and granite countertops.
The master bath is a designer’s pride with black granite countertops, double sink, granite steps around the large bathtub, separate shower, separate restroom and its own fireplace.
The large walk-in closet is completed with custom cabinetry.
The home has been recently appointed with designer pieces of furniture, appliances, 6 top of the line LED HDTVs 1080p, Blue ray DVD players and stereo equipment and a brand new Jacuzzi.

There is a large home theater room and sports bar at the second floor with 7.1 surround sound and comfortable Italian leather sectional.
The resort style backyard and swimming pool are professionally maintained weekly and
the fully furnished patio offers plenty of space and chairs for dining outside as well as lounging chairs and water rafts for swimming and sun enjoyment.
Not to mention location – the new and beautiful Palm Valley in Goodyear, 2-3 miles away from the Wigwam Golf club and resort, Palm Valley or Estrella golf clubs, 5 minutes away from the Goodyear’s ballpark (home of the Cleveland Indians and Cincinnati Reds) and 10-15 minutes away from the Cardinals stadium in Glendale.

fantastic holiday rental - definitely recommend it

We stayed here for Thanksgiving week with family, and it was wonderful. The house is gorgeous, huge, and full of lots of extras, ie. hairdryers in all the bathrooms, plenty of towels, toilet paper, soaps, detergents, kitchen supplies, even coffee and tea, spices. the kitchen is something out of a celebrity chef show. The pool is also great. In all, we had a wonderful time in this beautiful house, well worth the money for the spacious accommodation. The owner is always readily available to answer any queries before arrival, and is very thorough with the details.

I recently hosted a small family reunion and the vacation home had to accommodate ages 6-96 so I was a little anxious. My family is very neat, clean and desire only the best quality. This home gave them that and more. No detail was forgotten. From luxury, plush furnishings to the best bedding and plush towels money can buy to the most organized kitchen that deserves its own HGTV segment, this rental was exceptional, inviting and delivered much more than the owner promised. It gave my family peace, rest and the relaxing vacation they deserved. Furthermore, the owner practices the best customer service for which this country could learn. She really wanted to make sure they had the best experience and now we will never settle for anything less again. Thank you! Thank you!

I could't have been more pleased with Olivia's and Igor's home in Goodyear Az. The amenities were much more than I had expected and the quality of the furnishings were second to none. My only complaint is that I didn't stay for two weeks instead of one. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to beautiful Arizona and to rent this home for my stay.

A fantastic place to stay

I came down to Goodyear with 5 of my friends to play some baseball and our stay here was absolutely phenomenal. It is located in a great spot /area close to many stores and restaurants.. All the modern conveniences of home that one would want and need. The house is beautifully decorated and immaculate which is a big PLUS for us since many of my friends are very picky as to where we are staying on vacation. The grounds are exceptionally maintained and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and family. There are so many wonderful features to this property and its location it will make you want to extend your stay ! April 18, 2011 - Great house We have been going on an annual golf trip for the past 10 years, renting houses in both Arizona and Florida. Your house was the best we have come across so far. The open space, pool table, outdoor area, flatscreens and kitchen area were perfect for our group. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax in the lap of luxury.
