My husband and I spent a week at this cottage and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The cottage was as described, as were the amenities. The view was pleasant and the lake lovely. I would recommend this cottage to others and hope to return again w/ my family.
My dealings with the owners were all handled efficiently and professionally. They responded to my questions in a timely manner.
Their knowledge of the area, in terms of suggestions for places to visit, was also beneficial.
Anyone seeking a restful escape from the stresses of daily life would do themselves a favor by visiting here for a week!

If you're looking for a perfect lake cottage, this is as good as it gets. We needed a place to call home while visiting from Surrey, England while we visited with our stateside friends- this house and area certainly worked. It is clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable . There was plenty to do for our kids, and the owners were lovely.

Great view. Clean. Bright. Pretty. The walk to the lake is short and delightful. Relaxing setting.
Comfy and clean. Loved it!

As bluegrass fans, we travel throughout the Northeastern states, as well as down the eastern coastline, attending bluegrass festivals all summer long. This cozy cottage is a perfect retreat after a day spent enjoying outdoor bluegrass. Quiet, clean and restfull - to re-energize for the next festival! We highly recommend it! We will stay again!

Sitting in the living room, watching the fall leaves and beautiful lake and warmth of the stove in the early morning made staying here one of our most pleasant travel experiences. The rustic setting, casual and tastefully appointed decor made this truly one beautiful experience. Bravo to the owners for a fantastic weekend!
