Description of the Gouldsboro vacation home rental

3 bedroom, 1 Bath corner ranch across from main lake conveniently located off Rt380 a few miles of of RT80. Full in house amenities and community amenity rights. Full back yard, deck, on 1/2 acre wooded lot.

Bedroom - Each bedroom is fully furnished in addition to a ceiling
fan, clock/radio/alarm, 20" TV w/cable in each bed room.
Linen/towels, etc available on request only for additonal charge.

Dining Room - The dining room seats 8 comfortable. Dinnerware,
flatware, etc for 12 in the event you have guests visiting.

Living Room - The living area has room for all 8, with a scenic
view of the lake, large 52" TV w/surround sound, full access cable,
VCR, DVD, XBox and fully stocked fireplace. CD's, DVD'S and games
available upon request at no charge or local rental store.

Kitchen - Just renovated
Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans and utensils. Sink,
fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, beater,
etc. . The fridge is fully stocked with condiments i.e.: soda for
your stay, coffee, creamers, ketchup, mustard, mayo, salt/pepper,
sugar, S/L etc.

Deck Area - The outside deck is furnished for 12. Newly added
oversized propane BBQ.

Outside Yard - Also has additional dining area with large Stainless
Steel gas BBQ grill with utensils.

Laundry Room - Washer and dryer with detergent and softener is
supplied

Utilities - Unlimited local Telephone calls, full access cable, PC
with high speed internet access, electric heat, filtered water
system & ice maker.

Misc. - Ceiling fans in every room. Central Alarm monitoring. House
is fully stocked with misc condiments (ie: soap, toliet paper,
shampoo, toothpaste, etc). Parking for 6 mid sized cars

New - Computer in 2nd Bedroom with high speed internet access and
dial up 56k modem for internet. A-O-L and Microsoft office installed.
Basic programs word, excell, powerpoint, access, games, etc.

We do rent to under 25 year olds. Restriction apply. Security deposit will be additonal.
All inclusive means fully loaded with amenities: soap, shampoo, soda, water, condiments, paper supplies, community passes for 4. No food, alcoholic beverages included! If you do not want the inclusive amentiies, deduct 10% from the rental.

I stayed at this home for a week during the late winter months. The owner responded to my e-mails pretty quick, we used PayPal to reserve it initially but we had to send a check in the mail to book. The home is small but very clean. It has a lot of items that I have neevr seen in any home before. ie: big tv, xbox, digial cable which was good for the kids. They have a beautiful fireplace but not enough wood. The kitchen was brand new and clean. There were matching sets of plates!! The bathroom is ugly blue. Overall an excellent experience. The name cozy is a good name
