Pocono Springs Estates is centrally located in the heart of the Pocono Mountains….just north of Mount Pocono and south of Lake Wallenpaupack. The community sits high in the Pocono Mountains yet still has a pristine 133 acre Crystal Lake.

Beautiful new Contemporary home located in Pocono Spring Community, a 24 hr gated community in the heart of the Poconos. Our home features cathedral ceilings, stone fireplace, new carpeting, luxury kitchen with elegant dining area opening up to spacious family room with over sized sofas and chaise lounge. Perfect family location. Walk to outdoor pool, tennis courts, play ground and community center. Relax in the screened in porch and let the kids be kids!! Beautiful country setting. Short distance to the lake. Great for all seasons. About 25 minutes for camelback mountain. 30 minutes from casino.

Area Information

Our community offers a lake, outdoor pools, clubhouse, and challenging playgrounds. (no additional charge).

There is a state park nearby.

Camelback is nearby for skiing, tubing and snowboarding. You will find all of those famous ski slopes in all four directions. Camelback has an exciting water park in the summer.

There is a great zoo nearby (15 min away) : poconosnakeandanimalfarm

Peace, Quiet, and Comfort

This Pocono Spring home was exactly what we were looking for—peace, quiet, and comfort. The gated-community made us feel safe. The security guards were friendly, helpful, and advised us to report any signs of a problem in the area. The neighborhood was litter-free and the properties well-maintained. We could walk the streets to the lake in 10 minutes. The dense forest created a sense of solitude and friendly deer roamed everywhere. We had a couple of problems when we first arrived, but the owners were most attentive to our needs. They responded to our calls within minutes. Once we adjusted to our new surroundings, we enjoyed our three nights. The rooms were basic, but comfortable—nothing fancy. We found the all utensils, flatware, dinnerware, pots and pans that we needed. The house was relatively clean. All in all, we had a wonderful time. We appreciated the silence, cleanliness, and friendliness of the owners and community staff. We will definitely return when we have opportunity.

Fantastic location, surrounded by trees and wildlife. Accommodation spacious and equipped with most things you need including wi fi. Owners very helpful and accommodating. Just over 30 minites to Camelback Mountain ski area and the Crossings premium outlet.
