Description of the Granbury vacation cottage rental

Granbury Cabins. Located 10 minutes from Granbury, Tx. One of the most unique Cottage getaways in Texas. Backwoods setting. This is a 1000 sq.ft.cottage. Solid cedar inside. King size bed, central air & heat, full kitchen and dining, wood stove, TV/DVD/40 local digital channels, kitchen utensils, microwave, refrigerator, stove, charcoal grill.
Two huge showers, 3 acre pond, catfish (catch/release), swimming, 40 acres for hiking, rough and rugged. Cabin sleeps 4-5, loft b/r with Queen bed. Totally furnished with antiques and uniques. Quiet and cozy or romantic and adventuresome. Located in Granburys "Hood County Hill Country." Lots of game and wildlife. Sorry No Hunting. Good fishing, bring your fishing gear! Please call or email us if you have any questions. Weekends reserved for multiple night stay(two or more nights).

Fantastic Cabin!

This is the nicest cabin I have been in. It has beautiful decor and was very clean. It is quiet and in the woods. It was the perfect get away. The town of Granbury is fun also to explore. I really loved it and we have a cabin in Colorado and I am picky.

I was looking for a location where my 12 year old son and I could do some bonding and relax before he returned to school for the year. This cabin was awsome. The location was secluded but still close enough to Grandbury for dinners out ( we did use the oven and the grill as well). We fished at the tank on the property and pulled in 15 lb catfish on nearly every other cast! We also made the 30 minute drive to the wild life park and dinosaur tracks in Glen Rose. The cabin had everything we needed and was very cool, I have been married for 18 years and would highly recommend this cabin for father/son bonding or romantic getaway. I will be going back!!!
