Summer weekly rental rates:
Coast Guard week = $1,800 July 4th = $1,700
June 1st week = 2nd, 3rd = $1,200 and 4th = $1,500.00.
July and August = $1,700 with the exception of holiday weeks

Weekly rental begins at 4PM Sunday and ends at 11AM the following
Sunday.

A 50% non-refundable deposit due upon reservation.

The full amount along with $100 refundable damage and cleaning
deposit will be due 3 weeks prior to stay. We suggest you send a seperate check in order for it to be returned to you promptly after the inspection of the home.
Please send a copy of a drivers license of the person responsible for renting the cottage and the number of persons who will be staying.



We accept personal check or money orders.
Winter rates are also available.
