Description of the Grand Junction vacation townhouse rental

This lovely property is located in the city of Grand Junction near hospitals, college, airport, Colorado National Monument and is only 2 hours from skiing in Vail, Beaver Creek and Aspen. Biking in Moab and rafting on the Colorado River are also close by.

The living area features comfortable seating, wood floors with oriental rugs, high ceilings, fireplace, DVD/VCR, and CD player. The kitchen features all new appliances, new cabinets, wood floors, and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

When visiting in Western Colorado you'll find everything you need in this beautifully decorated rental. It is perfect for one or two couples, a family of four, professionals needing extended stays, and people in the area that need a private residence for visiting family and friends.

Security deposit is required when making a reservation. The cleaning fee is included in the price of the nightly rental fee but is extra for a week or longer rental. Many kitchen, bath and laundry items are available for the guests use asking only that whatever is depleated is replaced.

We do welcome your well behaved dogs.

Area Information

This is a very quiet neighborhood. There is a transport bus service to areas around Grand Junction at the corner close to the house, allowing for independent travel if you have only one vehicle.

Like Being Home Again

This is our 2nd year vacationing in Grand Junction in May and returning to the same townhouse we rented last year. It was like returning home after being gone for some time. All the comforts and amenities you would want while on vacation. "Home" is the key word I keep using...that is about the best word I can come up with. Close proximity to all things in Western CO. Staying at Kristin's place is so enjoyable...can't wait to return for a 3rd visit.

Couldn't Ask for More - Just Perfect

We chose this townhouse for a little "in-state" getaway to Colorado Wine Country mostly based on the fact that we could bring our small dog with us. We were in for such a treat! It was such a beautiful home, with so many thoughtful touches throughout to make guests feel welcomed. Even the kitchen was fully equipped with anything you could possibly need, from dry goods to pots/pans to food processor! You won't get the same kind of experience at a hotel! We highly recommend this townhouse if you ever come to the Grand Junction area - you are close enough to Palisade and Fruita to enjoy all that they have to offer as well.

Grand Junction Perfect Home away from Home!

We rented this home for our trip to Grand Junction for our Daughter's wedding. We did not know what to expect and were very pleasantly surprised! The home was perfect! It is a beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood. The location is very central and the owners provided everything we could have wanted or needed for our stay. There were so many extras included such as maps, local restaurant menues, and even a sewing kit for last minute bridal gown adjustments! We had plenty of space for relatives to visit and a perfect place for the bride and her attendants to dress before the wedding. I sincerely hope that this property will be available wheneverr we visit as it was so much nicer than a hotel. Great Grand Junction Rental

Beautiful place to stay! The house was in great location - close to everything. The 2 bedrooms & 2 baths were perfect for our use for the week. House was in perfect (gee used that word before!) condition and the amenities were excellent. There was everything in the house that a guest could use. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice house to stay - for day, week, or longer. The fact that pets were allowed only made it better for our situation.
