Description of the Grand Lake vacation home rental

This home is 3 stories and accomodates large groups with varying interests well. The lower level is on the ground level and you can enter there,or go up to the middle floor and main living area thought the kichen or sling doors. Upstairs is a loft that sleeps 6 (4 twins and a double bed)

The lower level is unfinished but has a great king size bed to sleep in and pool tale area, TV and card playing area and lots of ground floor windows.

The main living area has a small area by a real firplace with 2 comfy chairs to read,or have quiet conversations while watching the fire.the guest room and main bath s well.On the other side of the home there is a huge room 40 x 40, that accomodates a dining table that seats a minimum of 12, the kitchen with double ovens,and the living area by the TV is a large seating area. Off to the side of all of that there is a game table with backgammon, scrabble, chess and checkers as you watch the wildlife out the windows tht surround you.

Town is 5 minutes away.

Hot Sulpher Springs with 22 natural hot springs is 30 minutes away

Grand Lake in the winter: skiing at Winter Park 30 minutes away, sledding in town 5 minutes, great restaurants and bars, table shuffle board at Grumpy's, and lots to do.We have snowmobiles for an extra rental fee.

In the summer : there is the Lake,boating, fishing, swimming for the brave :),hiking, and wildlife watching. You are 10 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park.We have kyaks.
