Year round authentic log home with 1200 sq. ft on main level. Finished walkout basement, and open loft. Very secluded, next to 1,000's of acres of state land. Enclosed porch overlooks Floodwood Lake, just off the waters edge. Home sits on the highest point on the lake, making the views spectacular. Wood burning stove is located in the living room surrounded by love seat and couch/futon, making for romantic evenings, or great family time. One bedroom on main level, one bedroom on lower level, and one bedroom in loft. Kitchen is compeletly modern and stocked. All of the homes furnishings are "up north" to complement a cabin environment. 40' dock with bench seat. Excellent bass, northern pike, and panfish fishing right off the dock! Sand bottom for swimming. New 18' pontoon/motor is also available on request. 26" color tv, and dvd player with over 50 movies to pick from. Sega play area with games in lower level family room. Gas grill, campfire ring, and lots of cut wood. Lots of snow in the winter makes for great snowmobiling! Portable fish house and all the equipment needed for ice fishing available on request.

Floodwood Lake is about 18 miles south of Hibbing, and 22 miles East of Grand Rapids. Visit Historic Hibbing and all it's mining history, or visit the popular Grand Rapids area for shopping and dining. This area is in the heart of Minnesota's nothern lake/woods area, making it a genuine north woods experience. There are state forests on all sides of Floodwood Lake, making 4-wheeling or hunting a great time! Floodwood Lake does not have a public access, making it a very quiet and underused 340 acre lake. This is a genuine Minnesota secluded get away!
