Right in the heart of downtown Grass Valley. Near Historic Empire mine state Park. Also Near the Yuba River which is one of the cleanest rivers in the US a realy nice scene.
There is a creek on the property for you to enjoy about 190 ft from the unit, walk to almost everything, Grocerie store resteraunts coffee shop and bakery plus lots of Antiquing here. In the summer Grass Valley closes its streets and has Friday night market and Nevada City has Wednesday market. In the winter the streets are closed on Friday nights for Cornish Christmas and Wednessday nights in Nevada City for Victorian Christmas some of these things should not be missed.

About 1 hour from Lake Tahoe The area is full of unique history, museums and state parks, there are lots of recreational opportunities here, golfing,biking,hicking, water and snow skiing, diverse cultural events, theaters, and galery's.
