1930's home renovated for the comfort of vacationers, temporary visitors, and business associates welcome to our community.

We have something for everyone.

Small historical community just 70 miles east of Sacramento and an hour 1/2 drive from Reno, close to skiing, swimming, boating, gold panning and most of all the beautiful Nevada County Fair, Clydesdale Exhibition, Craft Fair at
Thanksgiving, Victorian Christmas, Cornish Christmas and much more.

We have mountain bike riding, golfing, day spas, horseback riding, lots and lots of antique stores and quaint shops for the shoppers.

Our home is within walking distance to many activities, such as: theatres, eateries, grocery stores, but yet quiet and comfortable sitting on the deck enjoying the four seasons of Nevada County.

Vocational schools such as: Ayurveda California College, Sierra College, Phillips School of Message and Animal Acupressure Massage Trainig Center right here in our community.
