The house is furnished as a residence, fully equipped, including computer/ISP internet and e-mail service. From the boat dock you can swim and explore the bay. The sea views are clear and interrupted. It's a place people return to, year after year.

We have had a wonderful time at your place this week. This Penisular house is a perfect vacation spot!! We loved it and surely hope to be back someday. We will also spread the word to our friends and family. We are leaving at 3 am tomorrow, so your cleaning people can come at any time. We have left the place as neat as possible - there is some leftover food in the refrigerator if anyone wants it.Also, we bought a little gift for your hospitality - we had such beautiful breezes while we were here and my husband mentioned how great a wind chime would be. So we got you one and hung it on a hook that was already there by the front door outside the screen.
