A hundred feet from beautiful sandy association beach on Little Sebago Lake stands this gorgeous 3-story home with all amenities: modern kitchen, eat-in screened-in porch with large gas grill, pool room with bar, movie room with wall size projection screen, laundry room. 4 bedrooms, 2-3/4 bathrooms. Sleeps 6-8. Includes canoe, cable TV and internet access. Little Sebago lake is one of Maine's premier vacation destinations, with close proximity to shopping, including Freeport outlets, numerous ocean beaches, Maine's beautiful Casco Bay. Located about one half hour from Portland, ME where you will find some of the best restaurants in New England, museums and hiking trails and of course, the Portland Head Light. Located conveniently off the turnpike in Gray, Maine, Little Sebago Lake is highly valued by seasonal and year-round lakefront residents. Known for its family friendly atmostphere, fishing and recreational opportunities, Little Sebago Lake boasts clear waters, but is in close proximity to the beautiful oceanside city of Portland, Maine.
Little Sebago Lake is about 2 hours from Boston and about 25 minutes from Portland and Lewiston. Its 31 miles of shoreline is home to loons, nesting eagles and other aquatic creatures.
This lake is fun to explore by kayak, canoe, or powerboat. With many coves and islands, the lake covers almost 2000 acres and is a popular vacation spot for Mainers and out of staters alike.
Nearby attractions include golf, a water park, the ocean and abundant restaurants, shopping (don't forget the Freeport outlets) and historic and beautiful lighthouses along the coast.

Huge house, great location.

My family and I had a great time staying here for a long weekend. The kitchen was especially great and well-supplied, and we loved the pool table and the close access to the beautiful lake. The only thing I would change is to have some new bedding. We would definitely stay here again, and hopefully for longer.
