Grayton Tree House

Description of the Grayton Beach vacation home rental

Grayton Tree House is located on private road just off the main
street that carries you right to the beach which is only apx. 500
yards away.

This is a new home built to rise into the surrounding treetops.
The 3 story home features a large, ground floor room that serves as
a Living/sitting TV area which includes a Full/twin bunk around the
corner with a private adjoining bathroom.
Ground floor front porch and side deck which include an outside
private shower, grill and chairs for your lounging enjoyment.

The second floor is the living, dining area plus a fully equipped
kitchen with modern appliances and adjoining 1/2 bath/laundry
combination. Just off the living area is a screened porch with swing
to relax with your loved ones.
The third floor is the king master suite with private bath.
The home is conveniently located close to nearby shops which include
a bicycle rental for those bike rides to the beach, shopping or out
to have a nice lunch.

Grayton Beach is a historic community first settled in the early 1900\'s.
Grayton Beach has consistently been ranked among the most beautiful and pristine beaches in the United States. Paddle a canoe or kayak on scenic Western Lake. Brackish waters allow for fresh and saltwater fishing. Hikers and bicyclists can enjoy over four miles of trails.
Enjoy your stroll to nearby shops and restaurants. Walk along the quiet residential lanes in this unique community and get to know some of the \"locals\". The dogs are quite nice also!
You are located close to Watercolor, Seaside communities which have many wonderful shops and restaurants also. Seaside and Watercolor both have great tennis facilities that offer lessons and round robin play.
We are certain that you will enjoy your stay at the Grayton Tree House.
Sleeps 10. Apx. 1440 square feet providing you with plenty of living space /seperation for privacy. (There are no individual doors seperating the floors due to the unique design of the home)
1st floor has Queen sleeper sofa, twin sleeper chair, plus a full/twin bunk.
2nd floor queen sofa.
3rd floor King size bed
Direct TV satelite.
Each level has a TV/DVD/CD combination
Pleasant walking/biking distance to the wonderful Grayton Beach, public access just past the famous RED BAR / Picalo's restaurant.
No Smoking inside the home.
Pets considered on an individual basis ie; monthly winter rental.

Privacy fence surrounding most of property.

• Deposits: Security/damage deposit due to hold rental. Refundable upon check out and inspection and keys returned. One half of rental due 60days prior to rental and remander due 14 days prior to stay. The key and policy, directions to home will be mailed to renter upon receipt of payment or within 7-10 days of your arrival date. Key/keys must be returned before security deposit is returned.
   
• Other Fees: $100.00 non-refundable pet fee, if approved for pet. Security deposit will be forfeited by renter if pet is taken without prior approval by owner.

 Grayton Tree House a Great Dog House, February 21, 2009

We took our pups to their first trip to the beach and stayed at Grayton Tree House. It was very comfortable and dog friendly. Situated off a dirt road, I never worried about the dog's safety, and walking them was a breeze. Even though the location feels very private, it is within walking distance of restaurants and shops. I look forward to staying here again.
