Four bedroom, 3 bath, sleeps 12- 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins, 4 twins (bunks), queen sofa sleeper. Beautifully designed, decorated, and landscaped, this Gulf Trace beach house has quickly become a family favorite. Large great room with new Flat Screen LCD TV, new living room chairs and tables, separately zoned master suite has a TV, with private bathroom, Bunk room with TV and DVD player, shares a bathroom with the Twin Bedroom. The queen bedroom has TV,and private bathroom with separate entrance-this bedroom could be used as a second master suite. Over 2000 sq. ft of new composite wrap-around decks and screened porch make this the perfect vacation spot.

Home is all on one level, features 10 ft ceilings, hard wood floors in amin living areas and new carpet for 2012 in all bedrooms! Brand new custom wood kitchen cabinets and designer granite for 2013! The house is surrounded by natural vegetation for lots of privacy.Approximately 150 yards to the Gulf. House is located in a private subdivision with no traffic on your short walk to the beach! Parking for 4 cars. Private pool .
Gulf Trace is located just around the corner from Grayton Beach and is close to Seaside and Water Color. Saturday to Saturday rental.
Off-season rentals for less than 1 week available.

Rates vary according to the time of year. Rates for 2013 are:
January 5-March 1 $1820 weekly plus 12% tax
March 20- April 12 $3225 weekly plus 12% tax
April 13- May 24 $2360 weekly plus 12% tax
May 25-August 9 $3225 weekly plus 12% tax
August 10-November 1 $2360 weekly plus 12% tax
November 2-Nov 22 $1820 weekly plus 12% tax
November 23-Nov 29 $2360 weekly plus 12% tax
November 30-Dec 20 $1820 weekly plus 12% tax

Final Cleaning is included with above rates . No pets- No smoking.

Area Information

Located between Destin and Panama City, this house is located in the private neighborhood of Gulf Trace. It is a quiet unspoiled area surrounded by state parkland, great for families. The towns of Seaside and Watercolor are just 5 minutes away and the charming town of Grayton Beach being around the corner.

Great house, great location

The house was wonderful...roomy, well-equipped, and fabulous large screened in porch. We could see and hear the ocean, and it was just a short walk to the beach. Plus, Gulf Trace is quiet even during spring break, and yet Grayton and Seaside are easy to reach-the former on foot via the beach and both via bike...my kids went every day while the mom's stayed on the quieter Gulf Trace beach. Ate at Gravel Road (2-3 miles east of Seaside on 30-A) best undiscovered fresh food around.

My husband and I were looking for a beach house where the my kids and grand children could come, Broad Reach was the perfect home. The kids enjoyed the pool, & short walk to the gorgeous beach. The adults enjoyed the privacy of the two "master" bedrooms while the kids had their own space. The living areas are perfect and the screened porch was enjoyable in the evening. We also enjoyed its close proximity to dining, shopping and of course, the grocery store. Broad Reach has it all. We plan to make Broad Reach a family tradition.

My wife and I were very pleased with our stay at Broad Reach. The house is clean and very close to the beach. Our kids enjoyed their own rooms, while we enjoyed a rather large master bedroom. You will not find a better deal in this quaint beachfront community!
