Description of the Grayton Beach vacation home rental

Grayton Orange has 6 bedrooms, 7 baths, 4 covered decks and a fireplace. The house sleeps 14 - 16 with 2 kings, 3 queens, 1 full bunk/w twin bunk/w trundle, and 1 Queen Murphy Bed. Grayton Orange offers breath-taking, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico, priceless sunsets, and the rolling sand dunes of Grayton Beach State Park from the living room, kitchen-dining areas, master bedroom, den, and two covered front decks. This home offers a well-equipped kitchen to include 2 dishwashers, extra refrigerator drawers, and ice maker. The house has a fireplace, stereo system, 7 flat screen TV's with DVD players, charcoal grill, 2 laundry rooms, 1100 square feet of covered decks, spacious rooms with 9-10 foot ceilings, wireless internet, professional decoration, and 4 bedrooms with direct access to outside decks. The 28' X 14' pool adds to your enjoyment. Next to the pool is a covered wet bar with outdoor refrigerator, an outside eating area and enclosed storage. The pool can be heated upon request at no additional cost during spring and fall seasons. Beach access is approximately 100 yards from the house. Beach chairs are available for your use. We have a 'beach wagon" for your cooler, beach towels, etc. Parking is available for 6+ cars. An elevator is available upon request (handicap or elderly only).

Saturday to Saturday weekly only rental during peak summer season.

Three night minimum for all reservations from mid August till the end of April

A cleaning fee will apply to any rental less than 5 nights.

Area Information

Nearby Western Lake is one of 17 coastal freshwater dune lakes dotting the 17-mile length of Scenic Highway 30A. SoWal (South Walton County) communities include Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seacrest, Alys Beach, WaterSound Beach, Seagrove Beach, Seaside, WaterColor, Blue Mountain Beach, and Santa Rosa Beach. Destin to the west and Panama City Beach to the east provide convenient access to air travel. The Beaches of South Walton offer world-class dining, shopping, golf, tennis, festivals, architecture, events, music, art, cycling, fishing, boating, hiking, swimming, relaxing, & more.

I have rented many homes over the years for vacations. Grayton Orange is the nicest and most well equiped home that I have stayed in. The kitchen was filled every cooking utinsel you would need. The view is spectacular. Every evening was spent watching on the porch watching the sunset on the sand dunes with the ocean to the side. The pool area is private and extremely comfortable. This house has it all!!! Thank you!
