My stay was too short

I loved this property. The view was unbelievable and the service I received here was impressive. The apartment was clean and had every convenience you could ask for. The internet was perhaps a little slow but better slow than none at all. Audrey the housekeeper and David the manager were delightful and so helpful and addressed any concerns quickly. I have stayed on St Martin 3 times but this was by far the best accommodations I have experienced on the island and very affordable for St Martin. I would highly recommend it to anyone and look forward to returning again in the future.

Amazing Royal View

Wow what an amazing place! The infinity pool and jacuzi were a great place to relax and enjoy the ships coming and going. The outside patio was great for the early breakfast and late dinner Al Fresco. This place was well kept, great furnished and has every amenities and more! This place was Haven. We are planing our next trip!

A great hideaway overlooking Great Bay

Everything the owners said. Very nicely appointed and the view is nothing short of awesome. We had breakfast on the patio every AM and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets each evening before going to town. The housekeeper was very friendly and helpful. The security staff were also very friendly. Would recommend to anyone who wants to relax and just take it all in.
