2BR Panoramic Villa on the sands of Great Bay

This lovely two bedroom Villa, Villa # 6, is located in a gated community right on the beach of Great Bay, only a 5 minute walk into the town of Philipsburg. This Villa is 8 feet from the beautiful sandy beach and 80 feet from the ocean. You can sit on the panoramic deck and watch as the cruise ships pass right by the Villa and park in the cruise ship marina. This is truly the best view in the caribbean.

There are two bedrooms on the second floor with a full bathroom and walkin shower. The Villa has a full kitchen with all utensils, fridge and stove. There is a dining room and a living room with a large TV and numerous sofas.

Philipsburg is the capital of St Maarten and is the shopping capital of the caribbean. Jewelry is inexpensive as well as liquor and cuban cigars. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance of the Villa and as well numerous casinos. From this Villa you can walk 10 minutes and jump on a ferry that will take you the 30 minutes to the islands of St. Barts and Anguilla. The island is not only breattaking it is also very friendly.
