Description of the Green Valley vacation condo rental

This villa is nicely decorated with comfortable furnishings and is situated in a great location. The front patio is overlooking one of our beautiful circular parks. The rear patio is enclosed with wrought iron fencing which overlooks a landscaped common ground area, allowing for light and privacy. It is close to one of the 4 swimming pools and very close to one of the 4 laundry facilities.

The villa has an assigned parking space, totally furnished, pillow top memory foam king size bed, fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, 2 year old refrigerator. New 42" plasma TV with Dish satellite and VDR/HD. Wireless broadband internet, amplifier system; VCR, CD player, DVD, speakers.

For storage there are 2 storage bins on the front patio for luggage or any thing else you want to store. They can also be used for seating. Also inside the villa for your use is a wonderful "Lane" cedar chest.

This villa includes telephone and local and long distance. Also comes with Green Valley Recreation (see link below) that offers 12 recreation facilities which allows access to many interesting classes ie: art, camera club, computer club, stage performances,music concerts and much more. GVR charges the tenant a one time small fee.

Area Information

Tucson which has a variety of entertainment, museums, and fantastic shopping, many theatre events as well as many movie theatres is 30 miles north.

Nogalas, Mexico is 45 miles south, you can enjoy real Mexican food and shop with the many vendors selling products from areas of Mexico. Its a fun area to have lunch and see all the products offered.

Tubac (artist colony) with many specialty shops, restaurants and art galleries is just 20 miles south.

Green Valley has plenty of its own activities to offer. Nearby are grocery stores, restaurants, movies, a wonderful library,and shopping.

Great experience!

We had a wonderful stay! The people in the villas are friendly, as are the people in Green Valley. Never did we feel uncomfortable, always safe, even at night. Our villa was clean, well stocked with all the necessities and plenty of room. Loved the front and back patio. So many sights to see and places to go! We found something to do daily, with a down day occasionally to catch up on laundry., which was nearby, as was the swimming pool. Every Wed. was the Farmer's Market, at the nearby Plaza, which was busy and hopping weekly. There are many good places to eat within walking distance also, which was nice. La Placita, good Mexican restaurant. Touring Tombstone, Bisbee, Tubac, Titan Missile Center, Museums, Missions, just to name a few, can all be done in one day and not that far to drive. Some of the cacti started to bloom and the Ocotillo also! Beautiful! Enjoyed the nearby cacti garden down by the office. Didn't hurt having weather in 70-90's either! Don't forget to visit the Arizona Sonoran Desert Museum! Gas was also less in the Tucson area, which was nice for us Oregonians. Had fun learning correct pronunciation of towns, streets, animals. Think the locals could tell we were visiting. Great fun, had no regrets. Thank you Crystal and Richard....Adios!
