Winter vacation rental in a 55 and older quiet community. This is a one story, Santa Fe styled condo that has updated kitchen and flooring, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, Arizona room, and utility room. The front and rear reveal private court yards and a 3 - side enclosed one-car garage with the open side facing front court yard. This condo is located in the Esperanza Estates, which has heated swimming pool and hot spa located only a few steps behind the rear court yard. December and January are available. Located in Green Valley, AZ, 25 miles south of Tucson and airport.

The Madera Canyon is 15 min drive away, a beautiful area for picnics and hiking. Close to golf courses, shopping centers, medical centers and churches.
