Description of the Green Valley vacation condo rental
Furnished, sparkling clean condo with GVR, mountain views, nearby heated pool and lush park-like areas. Nothing beats Green Valley, with 7 public golf courses close by, social activities and time to just relax in the sunshine.
Brand new furnishings include a comfy loveseat, two leather recliners and a large flat screen TV with cable service, DVD and VCR. A well-equipped kitchen includes full sized refrigerator, stove and cozy eating area for those days you want to take a break from the great local restaurants nearby.
Rest easy in the new queen bed with new linens; enjoy large closet space and an updated bathroom. We love our home-away-from-home and want you to feel just as happy with your stay in friendly, fun Green Valley.

Take a stroll along the beautiful green belt and watch the colors change on the Santa Rita Mountains. Experience the 7 different public golf courses. Swim in the heated pool just steps away. Friendly people are happy to be in Green Valley and you will find that it is a warm and inviting community of people who are 55 years or older.
Tubac is just a short drive away and has some of the most interesting art in the Southwest. Tucson provides endless cultural, dining and other activities just 30 miles to the north. Madera Canyon is known as a world-class bird watching and hiking destination which is easily reached in about 40 minutes.

Q:Where is Green Valley?
A:A short drive (shuttle services available) from the Tucson International Airport, Green Valley is known for its lush pecan groves. At Villas East, you will be surrounded by beautiful tall trees, green grass and sparkling pools. While you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the desert, you are only 30 minutes from all that Tucson has to offer in the north and 30 minutes from the unique art community of Tubac.
Q:Can I bring my pet?
A:We do rent to responsible pet owners but will need to discuss your particular situation. Please submit the inquiry form and we will get back to you as soon as possible. An additional carpet cleaning fee and security deposit are required.
