Description of the Green Valley vacation condo rental

Luxurious 1400 sq. ft. Condo, renovated October, 2013, in

Our vacation rental comes with everything needed for an extended stay...just bring your toothbrushes. In the morning you can enjoy your coffee while watching golfers or observe desert wild life waking-up. In the evening you can mellow-out watching the lights of Tucson framed by distant mountains.

We have 2 bedrooms (4 beds) plus a sleeper sofa and sleep upto 10 people. There are 2 baths, 1 fully equipped kitchen and 1 kitchenette, 2 cable HDTVs, Wi-Fi Internet access, a washer/dryer, 2 clothes closets, 2 dressing areas and a private patio. The 3 room suite has a fully equipped kitchen, a Great room and a large MBR. You can serve breakfast at the breakfast bar or in the dining area. The kitchen opens to the dining and Great room. The dining area has a table and 4 chairs. Beyond the dining area, the Great room provides a very comfortable love seat and sofa, with end tables and a large coffee table. It is finished in a tasteful southwest decor. Tou can watch cable HDTV, catch-up with your on-line activities, or read your latest book...maybe catch a quick nap.

From the Great room you can access the MBR or the private patio. In the MBR there are 2 Queen beds, a TV, bedside tables and a large dresser, a walk-in closet, a large dressing area and a wash/dryer housed in a separate closet.

The guest bedroom is located in an adjacent kitchenette with a private entrance and a connecting (lockable) privacy door. It is furnished with 2 extra-long double beds, a dressing area, a clothes closet, a bathroom with tub and shower, cable HDTV, Wi-Fi Internet, a microwave, a small refrigerator, a coffee maker, and a small table with 2 chairs.

Area Information

Our condo is located in a popular resort with access to its pool and Jacuzzi. You can have access to 13 recreation centers offerring everything from physical fitness to life long learning programs covering painting, writing, foreign languages, culinary arts, jewelry making, cabinet making and dance. We are conveniently located with walking distance to golf and restaurants. Most of your needs are available within 5 miles: banks, churches, groceries, gas, professional services, pharmacies, and health services. A hospital is 30 minutes away.

Green Valley is a retirement community of about 17 thousand population. It is 20 miles south of Tucson and 40 miles north of Mexico. Located in a romantic high desert 2900 foot elevation, it has picturesque mountains and vividly colorful sunsets. Choose among a wide variety of activities, including:golf, world class birding, rolling vineyards, Kitt Peak or Whipple astronautical observatories, mountain hiking, horseback riding, campfire cookouts, copper mine, Wild West ghost towns or southwest history tours, Kartchner Caverns or Colossal Cave, Spanish Colonial missions, and extraordinary art galleries.
