when you need more than a hotel room, this is the way to go. the location made to relatively easy to golf in marana, municipal course,green valley area and so on.the kitchen was nicely equipped (knives not sharp and no sharpener). the beds good. the shower custom, though the water is very hard. all in all it was a very good experience for us and the owner was very helpful. being able to bring our pet was crucial.
