Great home in quite neighborhood!
April 1, 2010
We got around to planning a week's vaction late and weten't have much luck finding a home rental. Well, we ended up contacting Carol and as it turns out she had a renter leaving early so we were able to snag her home for the week. This is a beautiful home in Sahuarita/Green Valley and is in a very nice quiet neighborhood. The home is very spacious and well kept. It is nicely furnished as well. The home is very accessible to Tucson, several Nat'l Parks, Tubac, etc. There is a limited number of restaurants in the area but those we found were good. Tubac has several very good restaurants and, of course, Tucson is only about 20 minutes away. Carol was great to work with and we will certainly rent this home in the future if we make down that way again. Lastly, we were too boneheaded to call Carol but we were having an issue with the hot water in the Master Bath. As it turns out there is a switch on the water heater that would have alevated the problem. You should ask Carol about that before you arrive. Again, wonderful home!!!
great for golf and relaxing

when you need more than a hotel room, this is the way to go. the location made to relatively easy to golf in marana, municipal course, green valley area and so on.the kitchen was nicely equipped (knives not sharp and no sharpener). the beds good. the shower custom, though the water is very hard. all in all it was a very good experience for us and the owner was very helpful. being able to bring our pet was crucial.
Thank You for enthrusting us with your beautiful home. we had a memorable stay with good adventures.
