Description of the Green Valley vacation home rental
60 day minimum stay. House in quiet age restricted neighborhood,one person over the age of 55, 1460 square feet . View of the mountains. Completely furnished. New 42 inch flat screen HD television. Cable TV, high speed internet, local phone service.
A king size bed in the master bedroom, queen size bed in second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the den.
Covered patio and screened back porch.
ONLY small dogs allowed.
All utilities included. Close to community pool,spa,and tennis courts. Shopping close by. Just twenty minutes from Tucson.
Green Valley is a great destination to spend the winter months and escape from the cold.
Available months: January 2012, February 2012, March 2012 at $ 1950.00 per month.
MINIMUM STAY 60 DAYS

Great 2 months in the sun!

This was our 8th Green Valley rental home. This one was smaller than others, but very comfortable, in both location and furnishings. Everything worked, and we enjoyed its lovely back patio for quiet reading and thinking.
