Uniquely southwest decorated home with separated master and guest bedrooms. Master suite has large bathroom with tub, shower and walk-in closet. Roomy living area contains living room with fireplace, den with pullout couch and kitchen area with a separated dining area. Spacious backyard boasts a built-in grill, fountain and view of the Santa Rita Mountains.

Stop at the conveniently located grocery on your way in and other living necessities will be provided.

Area Information

Located 20 miles south of Tucson in Green Valley. Area includes numerous golf courses, swimming pools, and other recreational activities. Rental includes access to Green Valley Recreation (GVR) by purchasing a 7 day or 30 day pass at the GVR office. GVR facilities include swimming pools, fitness center, pool tables, woodworking and much more, as well as cultural events like concerts, dances, special events, movies, educational classes and lectures.
