Description of the Green Valley vacation home rental

Corner lot home with back patio view of 6th green on the Green Valley Country Club Golf Course. 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath and 2 car Garage. Comfortably furnished. Ceramic tile floors except in the bedrooms. Flat screen TV's in living room and both bedrooms. Newer appliances in the kitchen, with separate laundry room. Master bedroom has queen size bed and adjoining bathroom.
Guest room has double size Murphy bed. There is also a queen size air bed available. Large back yard with extended patio.
Pets are negotiable.
GVR is available for an additional fee. See GVRec site for more information. GVR = Green Valley Recreation. There are 13 recreation facilities located throughout Green Valley. All Centers have a swimming pool & spa. Each facility amenities vary. Here are just a few activities offered: Arts & Crafts. Lapidary & Woodworking. Swimming. Tennis. Bocce. Card Clubs. Dance. Special interest classes. GVR provides you the opportunity to make new friends and learn new talents.

Area Information

Green Valley is an age restricted 55+ retirement community. Just 25 miles south from Tucson. Plenty of activities to keep you busy. Several golf courses. Shopping, restaurants.
Madera Canyon for bird watching. Desert Museum for up and close views of our desert habitat.

A great location, close to everything in Green Valley ( golf, shopping , restaurants & entertainment . The house was perfect for two people with two bedrooms & two washrooms. With a great back yard with a view of the 5th green of the Green Valley Country Club. We would recommend the house to our friends. Thanks for the memories. Ted & Louise
