Located in Desert Meadows III within two blocks of the De Anza trail, this spotless single family home includes a large nicely landscaped back yard, with views of the beautiful Santa Rita Mountains. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is newly refurbished and is decorated tastefully with comfortable, high quality furnishings. Features include an eat-in kitchen, a combination dining and living room, an Arizona Room and a single car garage. The laundry room includes a hobby and sewing area. Tiled floors in the kitchen, hallways and bathrooms, wood floors in living room and carpeted bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and its own bath. The guest bedroom has a king bed. There is also a full bath with tub. The sofa in the Arizona room makes into a queen sized bed. Enjoy any weather in the Arizona Room with its own heating/cooling system. GVR passes enabling use of 13 recreation centers available for a nominal fee.
