Description of the Green Valley vacation townhouse rental
Bring your clubs and tooth brush, everything else is provided (except food,of course,great Restaurants are close) Completely redecorated beautifully furnished townhouse including washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen right down to a blender to make those frozen concoctions called Margaritas. All appliances,linens and Green Valley Recreation available, with Great golfing rate, that rate is for 1 couple, for two couples the rate will double or if anyone visiting for over a week there will be an extra fee of $50.00 per week, plus a $200.00 non-refundable fee for a dog or cat,
Long term,( 6 months or more ) rates with contract $800.00 per month, available January, 2013.

Quick access to Shopping, Tucson, 4 Indian Casinos,(why go to Vegas?), Madera Canyon, The Desert Museum, Old Tucson (where they made old westerns and the TV series High Chapperal,) Tubac and Old Mexico. More fun and games for you to enjoy in the Arizona Sun for your winter fun.
Green Valley Rec fee is $70.00 and gives you access to all cultural events include Concerts, Dances, Special Events, Movies, Educational Classes and Lectures.

The town home reflected the pride of the owners. Everything was as mentioned on this ad site and we thoroughly enjoyed our month in Green Valley. The owners were friendly and helpful. We hope to return again and spend some more sun time here.
