Description of the Green Valley vacation townhouse rental

Our town house has two bedrooms, two baths, living room, dining room, kitchen, patio and double car garage. It is furnished and it has almost everything one needs. It has washer, dryer and basic cable ready TV. Hi speed internet connection is also available, if tenant requests for additional charge. Basically what you see in our personal pages comes with the townhouse. There are extra linens, towels, blankets in the master bedroom walk in closet. Our townhouse is located in a community where it has a million dollar clubhouse. There are many different activities at Canyon View. The Clubhouse has swimming pool, jacuzzi, library, exercise equipments, and a meeting room..

Please call for last minute deals, especially during the summer. When is summer in Arizona? Just call us or email to find out how the temperature is. Our home is well insulated and airconditioned.

Winter in the Sun

This is our second year staying in Canyon View on W. Woodfield Court. We were here for two months in 2010 and three months this year, 2011. We have thoroughly enjoyed the condo, the neighbours, the community of Canyon View, Green Valley, and especially the kindness of our landlords, Gulten and Jorgen. Everything we needed was provided supplied in the condo and when we arrived this year if felt like "coming home" What more can one ask for? Yes, we especially liked the absence of snow and shovelling, but even more we loved the ever- present blue Arizona skies. If you like an easy pace with lots of great scenery close by, this is the spot for you. Loving Every Minute of our Winter in the Sun Sharon and Darrell
