This end unit townhouse is approximately 1300 sq ft. with a large Arizona room off the east facing patio for beautiful mountain views of the Santa Ritas. The main flooring is wood laminate with ceramic tile in the two bathrooms and Mexican tile in the Arizona Room. Both bedrooms are carpeted. There are three TVs including a large "40" flat screen in the Living room. The queen bed is a new pillow top and has wonderful support for a good nights sleep. There are extended length twin beds in the second bedroom and a queen hide a bed in the living room for extra guests.

The kitchen has everything a gourmet cook could want with a new refrigerator and stove with electric flat surface. The large pantry and washer and dryer are located between the kitchen and Arizona room. There are two eating areas - one in the Arizona Room and one off the Living Room. Much of the decor is Southwest and colorful, with original artwork on the walls. The master and second bath were both remodeled in Dec. 2012 and have walk in showers. All linens are provided, just bring your toothbrush.

Other amenities include a wet bar in the Arizona Room and a computer desk in the master bedroom with WIFI internet throughout. Cable TV is expanded Cox service ( about 35 channels) and all utilities but phone are included in your rental fee. We let go of our land line phone since most renters have their own cell.

The patio has a gas grill, table with umbrella, four chairs and additional seating for just lounging in the sun. The beehive fireplace uses firewood for cozy winter nights and the Armoir holds a TV and DVD player.The carport is covered and next to the front entrance. Additional parking within 50 feet. Lots of common area with desert foliage surrounds the townhome including two giant saguaros in the front yard.


This townhome is affiliated with GVR (Green Valley Recreation) and for a small fee you will be able to access all it has to offer including the 13 Social Centers and the classes that are offered year round.

This end unit townhome with beehive fireplace is located in a popular area of Green Valley called Desert Hills II. It is a quiet area on a small peninsula surrounded by desert arroyos with abundant wildlife. (Expect to see humming birds, quails, javelinas and an occasional bobcat.) The east patio faces the Santa Rita Mountains for spectacular mountain views.

You will be less than 1/4 mile (easy walking distance) to the Desert Hills Social Center. Here you can enjoy the large outdoor heated pool, four tennis courts, Lapidary Studio, fitness room, and Ceramic arts center. Next to the social center is the Valley Presbyterian Church and Elks Club.

Canoa Hills and Canoa Ranch golf courses are within a two mile radius. Both are public courses.
