Great vacation rental...Green Valley, AZ. Completely furnished 2 bdrm, 2 bath townhouse. Central location. 5 nice golf courses just minutes away. GVR membership available for a small fee. Jan/Feb/Mar $1900/mo with 3 month lease. $1800/mo April Reference requested. Green Valley is a 55+ community.

Area Information

Many beautiful golf courses within minutes. Green Valley Recreation Centers are located throughout the community & offer a variety of activities including tennis, billiards, swimming, cards, fitness rooms, dances for a nominal one-time charge. Nearby Madera Canyon is great birding, hiking, bicycling area. This is an age restricted community 55+. Centrally located in Green Valley. A short 20 mile drive from Tucson Airport, Green Valley boasts a dry, warm climate with lots of sunny days.

Clean and bright rental

We were able to book this rental with minimal notice. We were very pleased with this place as it provided lots of space. The unit was also recently re-done inside so it offered a modern kitchen and bathrooms. The backyard offered a view of the mountains, which was a great view when ending your day in Green Valley. We would recommend this place to others who are looking for a clean, new place that is close to all immensities. The landlords were very accommodating during our stay.
