2 Bedroom Villa (Condo) Located in Green Valley, a 55+ retirement community. Villa is nicely furnished including onsite washer/dryer. Master bedroom has queen bed and TV. 2nd bedroom has double bed.
All floors are ceramic tile. Kitchen has gas stove. Convection oven/Microwave. Auto ice maker in side by side refrigerator.
All linens, kitchen utinsils and dishes furnished.
Front patio has built-in Bar-b-q and seperate gas grill. Patio furniture sits 4.
Villa West has 4 pools to choose from, shuffle board and lots of little park areas.
This 696 sq. ft. Villa has all the comforts of home.
